I just bought a new laptop, in Colombia. I’m Dutch and I live and work this country. It is a Lenovo with Windows 10 Home. The standard language is set to Spanish. I assumed that it should be an easy thing to change the language to English. I never heard of this edition and this is something you only learn after the purchase.

I’ve tried many things the change the languagebut so far I failed. I have the same issue as “renzocarioca”, my computer shows me “Windows 10 Home Edition Single Language”, and I want it changed to be English currently running on Portuguese. In the language settings there is an option to download new language packages, but when I try doing so it states my version is single language and won’t let me download a new one, the option to downloading it is dimmed out.

Suppose I want it to be English only, how should I proceed with the change then? As it won’t allow me to download the English pack, should I firstly remove Portuguese and afterwards it would allow me to download the English pack?
